**About The Role**

Reporting into the Head of Operations, this role requires a strategic mindset, financial acumen and ability to work with multiple key stakeholders across Sportsbet to ensure that our customer proposition remains best in market. You will devise commercial strategies and opportunities to grow premium whilst leading the development and optimisation of premium customer segmentation.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Contribute to premium strategy through providing commercial insights and identifying opportunities.
- Measure effectiveness of value proposition and drive continuous optimization of operations.
- Report on and deliver weekly, fortnightly and monthly Premium performance to business stakeholders and make strategic / operational recommendations
- Liaise with reporting and analytics teams to design effective BI tools, insights and analysis to optimize performance of Premium cohort.
- Work with the Value team to ensure a competitive and consistent Premium proposition.
- Support Relationship Management team with commercial trends and reporting whilst engaging and educating the broader business to deliver on our strategy.
