As the **Head of Propositions **for WooliesX, you will work across Squads and Tribes to forge mutually productive relationships and influence internal and external partners to optimise our business through an e-comm proposition lens. With customer experience and deepening customer relationships at the heart of everything you do, you will work collaboratively with finance, marketing and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer convenience and value, now and into the future.
**What you’ll Do**:
- Team Leadership: Lead the team responsible for our ecommerce proposition strategy and build and nurture cross-functional, influence based relationships across the business.
- Strategic Development: Define clear proposition and market fit (including clear target audiences) and build distinctive and brand-aligned positioning.
- Market Identification: Identify emerging market, customer and business dynamics to innovate and optimise propositions.
- Business Strategy: Own proposition profitability to deliver sustainable propositions, and contribute to annual and quarterly planning cycles to forecast delivery and activation.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Partner with and influence key stakeholders across eComX, WooliesX and the Woolworths Group to deliver connected customer experiences. Agile Ways of Working: Role model Agile ways of working by partnering across Tribes and Squads, implementing agile tools and cadences and generally adopting a collaborative and connected approach.
**What you’ll Bring**:
- Strategic leadership experience in retail environments, specifically in developing and managing customer propositions that deliver customer and shareholder return.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities to ensure plans and actions are data
- and insight-led, and there is a clear understanding of motivations behind customer behaviour.
- Exceptional customer orientation and understanding of market dynamics, both within eCommerce and beyond, to influence business strategies and plans.
- Demonstrable skills in leading and developing teams, matrix management, influencing and collaborating with peers and senior leaders. A genuine passion for customer marketing and a customer first, team first mindset.
