Protech power Pty Ltd is looking for a highly organised person with initiative and a ‘can do’ approach to assist with day-to-day operational activities and administrative tasks.
To be successful you will be able to resolve problematic situations efficiently and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
- Performing administrative tasks
- Making freight arrangements,
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Data entry
- Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
- Booking flights and accommodation
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations
- Control and filing of operations documentation
**Experience**:
- Experience in office management or an administrative role
- Certificate in business administration advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- At least 3 year’s experience working in a similar role

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
