Brenton Connell Builders is an established Residential Building company located in North Brisbane.
A family owned business that has expanded each year for the past 10 years.
Hours are 9:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday and work perfectly around school hours, drop offs and pick ups.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and other receptionist duties.
- Creating new leads/ managing quote appointments using Pipedrive.
- Diary management and appoint staff tasks.
- Potential client communication.
- Typing up quotes.
- Residential Building contracts -training provided.
- Filing and admin duties.
- Managing of online filing
- Liaising with Engineer, Town planner, Architect and Certifier for project preliminaries.
- Office organisation and maintaining.
Previous experience with Xero and Pipedrive is preferred but not essential.
Previous admin experience is essential but specific to the building industry not required.
The company now provides in house designer services which takes up alot of the Directors time so we need someone to be able to uphold the current level of communication given to our potential clients, office organisation and building preliminary process as well as keep up with day to day tasks.
This is a fast moving position in a very busy industry. The applicant requires personal organisation, the ability to think outside the box and problem solve independently and uphold professionalism to potential new clients.
**Salary**: $45,000 - $50,000 per year, pro rata part time to 25 hours.
Hours are 9:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday
