West Coast Commercial Industries (WCCI) is currently seeking a Office Administrator to join our Rockingham-based company. WCCI specializes in manufacturing, distributing, and installing Aqualoo Washroom Products for the commercial building industry throughout Australia.

**About WCCI**

WCCI is a family-owned company that has been in operation since 2000. We are the Australian distributor for Maica and Fundermax compact laminates, and our Aqualoo and Cut-to-Size products are tailored to meet our clients' specifications. With distributors in SA, NSW, VIC, and QLD, we pride ourselves on delivering prompt turnaround times and exceptional service to assist with our clients' build programs.

We are looking for an Office Administrator with a bubbly and bright personality to join the team. This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys administration and coordination. The Company's focus on manufacturing, distribution and contracting provides a unique and broad range of exposure throughout the commercial building industry.

As an Office Administrator at WCCI, you will play a crucial role in the Admin Department. Your responsibilities will include:

- Organise dispatch of completed products
- Answering and redirecting phone calls
- Communicating and Engaging with clients regarding order details and status
- Administrative ad hoc duties
- Organise Induction and Safety Documents
- Processing New Orders
- Document Controller
- Archiving
- Assisting other team members where required
