**Our Opportunity**
Galintel, which is part of the NEPEAN family of companies, proudly produces lintels that are smarter, stronger and more durable right here in Australia and have done so for the last 40 years. This position will join the Narellan, NSW team on a full-time basis and will focus on:
- ** Strategy**: Leverage your customer service experience to ensure assist in maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- ** Execution**: Maintain effective and efficient communication with all stakeholders, ensuring orders are placed accurately and customers are informed with realistic timeframes, costs and expectations.
- ** Culture**: Work collaboratively with the warehouse, sales and leadership teams to work towards the common goal of making our customers successful.
- ** Staying Ahead of the Game**: Gather information and insights from your customer relationships and share with the wider team to provide the business with opportunities to better service our stakeholders.
**About You**
You will be a:
- ** Skilled Professional**: Proven experience in a sales or customer-focused position either over the phone or in person. You will be comfortable investigating customer needs and providing advice or solutions to external stakeholders.
- ** Subject Matter Expert**:Experience within the Building or Steel industries would be preferred. Alternatively, you will be someone that is committed to learning the ins and outs of our product range.
- ** Strong Communicator**: Not only are you comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, you are able to resolve conflict and find collaborative solutions.
- ** Relentless Bias to Action**: With a strong drive to get things done on time and to the best of your ability. You will also value self-development and welcome the opportunity to better yourself when presented.
