**Description & Requirements**:

- Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join our NSW Operations team on a permanent basis.
- This is a local role which will see you working on various Fixed Plant and CHPP sites across the Hunter Valley Region.
- Our supervisors carry out a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, working closely with the customer, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.

- 3 years minimum experience as a site-based supervisor.
- Must hold Australian recognised Metal Trades Qualification - Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker.
- CHPP and shutdown experience preferred.
- The drive to get hands on and lead by example.
- Strong ability to manage time to achieve tight deadlines.
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
