- Monday to Friday schedule, earliest start 7am and latest finish 5pm - no weekends or evenings

The Role

- Supporting our customers through their SilverChef journey to find the right solution with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences, and reasons to be SilverChef advocates.
- Have outstanding conversations with our customers focused on needs assessing and solution providing, while adhering to compliance obligations

About You

A Dedication to outstanding customer service is key. You love to find out what your customer needs and then deliver them the solution. You bring with you:

- Demonstrated customer service experience in hospitality, retail or contact centre
- Attention to detail and a commitment to getting it right, first time, every time
- You love working within a high performing team - reaching and exceeding KPI's, and collaborating with our stakeholders to achieve success
- Reliable, committed & a strong team player
