- Monday to Friday schedule, earliest start 7am and latest finish 5pm
- A great base salary starting from $55K based on your experience
- 15th August start date

The Role

- Supporting either our new customers at the start of their SilverChef journey OR our existing customers find the right solution to continue their SilverChef journey, your focus will always be on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

About You

A dedication to outstanding customer service is key. You love to find out what your customer needs and then deliver them the solution. You bring with you:

- Demonstrated experience in a contact centre with a customer service and/or retention focus
- Attention to detail and a commitment to getting it right, first time, every time
- You love working within a high performing team - reaching and exceeding KPI’s, and collaborating with our stakeholders to achieve success
- Committed to contributing to a positive, collaborative and genuine team culture
