We are an Australian owned and operated company who manufacture a diverse range of medium to heavy industrial machines and parts for different industries around the country.

We are looking for an CNC Lathe and or Machining Centre operator to join our team at our growing Engineering shop.

**Key Tasks**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- CNC programming preferred
- CNC Lathe or Mill setting & operating.
- Some manual Lathe work.
- Maintaining and keeping general work areas neat and tidy.
- Ensure continuing high quality of products by close attention to accuracy and detail.
- Attention to detail, self-starter and pride in their work
- Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances
- Sound understanding of engineering principles and mechanical components
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to troubleshoot and improvise issues when/if they occur.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to work within a small team
- Have an eye for detail and professional attitude/work ethic.

**Salary**: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
