**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance
- Implement and follow behaviour support plans
- Monitor and respond to seizure activity as per care protocols
- Engage the participant in age-appropriate activities
- Support community access and social participation
- Maintain clear and professional documentation of progress and incidents

**Essential Requirements**
- Male support worker (as per participant’s request)
- Minimum 6-12 months experience working with children or young people with disability, preferably with epilepsy and/or behavioural concerns
- Current First Aid & CPR (including epilepsy and seizure management training preferred)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Desirable**
- Training or experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Experience supporting children with complex medical needs

**Shifts Available**
- **Daytime (after school)** - 3 hours per shift
- **2 days per week** to start, with a **high possibility of additional shifts in the near future**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
