We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team.

In this rewarding role, you will help our clients maintain their independence, live safely in their own homes, and actively engage in their communities.

**Competitive Pay**:Earn between $33.00 - $38.00 per hour on weekdays and $55-$65 on weekends, with payment negotiable based on your experience and qualifications.

**What You’ll Do**:
Provide 1:1 or group support in daily activities.

Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.

Promote independence and community engagement through social outings.

Advocate for the rights and well-being of those you support.

Build meaningful relationships and create a nurturing environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Eligibility to work in Australia.

Experience supporting clients with mental health conditions or disabilities.

A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services is preferred.

Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.

Current WWCC and NDIS Screening.

Police Check.

First Aid/CPR Certificate.

NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate.

Fluency in English.
