**About the Role**:
We’re on the lookout for **enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals** to join our team as **Customer Service & Parking Attendants**. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring seamless event-day operations, whether it’s greeting patrons, guiding vehicles, or assisting with venue navigation. Your efforts will help create unforgettable experiences at Optus Stadium.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Warmly welcome and assist patrons with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Provide accurate information on parking, seating, facilities, and event schedules.
- Direct vehicles safely and efficiently to designated parking areas.
- Maintain organised and safe parking zones, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Support crowd control and assist with the flow of patrons at entry points and throughout the venue.
- Address customer enquiries promptly, delivering positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to create a smooth and enjoyable event experience.

- Experience in customer service or traffic management is advantageous but not essential - training will be provided.
