**About the Role**:
As a Customer Service Attendant, you’ll be the welcoming face of Optus Stadium, ensuring our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience. This is a **dynamic, on-your-feet role** where no two days are the same - you’ll rotate across multiple positions, including:

- Customer Service
- Entry Attendant
- Escalator Attendant
- Foyer Door Attendant
- Lift Attendant
- Lobby Attendant
- Parking Attendant
- Queue Attendant
- RSA Marshal
- Stair Attendant
- Turnstile Attendant
- Usher

You’ll spend a lot of time **standing, assisting guests, and showing them where to go**, and some roles may have you **working outside in the elements**. **Flexibility is key** - our team works across all roles to keep the stadium running smoothly and our guests smiling.
