As a Marketing and design PERSON, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote and enhance the brand image and market presence of the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, increase customer digital engagement, and achieve marketing objectives. Your role will involve creating and implementing campaigns across various channels, monitoring performance metrics, and continuously optimizing marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define marketing objectives, target audience, and messaging for each campaign.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Coordinate and organize events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools, including sales presentations, product collateral, and case studies.
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.

**Requirements**:

- Desired but not essential, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus.
- MUST have proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across various channels, including digital marketing.
- Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 60 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
