**Marketing Assistant - Aesthetics and Skin Institute / Skintech Medical Cosmetic Clinic**

**Reports to**:Managing Directors, Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager

**Primary Function**:Responsible for executing marketing tasks at Aesthetics and Skin Institute (ASI) and Skintech Medical Cosmetic Clinic

**Secondary Function**:Support ASI and affiliated businesses under Integrative Health Group with admin and operation tasks as needed.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Support management in implementing marketing strategic plan on a day-to-day basis
- Content creation (including Canva graphic design, basic video filming and editing, and copywriting) for social media, website, online courses, brochures and merchandise etc.
- Liaise with digital marketing agency on monitoring website SEO, Google Adwords, Google My Business, and Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Liaising with online learning agency in designing new online courses according to professional and branding guidelines
- Updating Learning Management System (using Articulate and Docebo) for improved student experience and course delivery
- Help ensure brand and marketing guidelines are met across both ASI and Skintech
- Assist with offline events for ASI on weekdays or weekends if necessary
- Contribute ideas and help execute business development initiatives that will drive revenue
- Undergo regular training and maintain knowledge of our services and the industry at large
- Providing timely reporting and insights to management on marketing development
- Answer simple enquiries to potential customers when they contact us via our marketing channels

**Essential qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Canva or any other graphic design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficient in a Final Cut or similar video editing software
- Previous entry-level experience in a marketing
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to multi-task
- Good command of written and spoken English

- Be a down to earth person with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Confident in a multi-cultural environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Solution focused, goal driven and customer oriented
- Second language in Chinese (not essential)
