**Hansen Cloud Operations Manager
**About The Role**
Reporting to the Global Head of IT Infrastructure, the Hansen Cloud Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cloud infrastructure, including maintaining system availability, ensuring data security, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This role will work closely with other teams, such as the support center, security, public cloud, and Hansen delivery, to ensure that all systems are working together seamlessly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overall management of the private cloud environments of Hansen and our customers. This includes architecture, development, deployment, optimisation, and operational support of cloud solutions.
- Manage a team of 6 direct reports and coordinate with other teams globally to ensure the smooth operation of the private cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain the private cloud infrastructure's availability, performance, and security.
- Develop and implement procedures and processes to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the private cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other teams to plan, design, and implement new private cloud solutions or features.
- Create and maintain documentation and reports related to the private cloud infrastructure's performance, security, and compliance.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the private cloud infrastructure's performance and cost-effectiveness.

**About you**

Proven experience in a similar role with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of engineers globally. At least 8 years of experience in private cloud operations or related roles with strong knowledge of private cloud platform technologies including VMware, Pure Storage and SDWAN. You will also have:

- proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT operations teams in complex and dynamic environments requiring 24/7 support.
- experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Puppet, or Terraform.
- experience in budget planning and financial management.
- customer focus and business understanding with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
