About The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Reporting Analyst to join our team in Melbourne. Play a vital role in supporting Hansen’s ESG strategy and global reporting requirements as part of a well-established and respected sustainability function.

This role bridges finance and sustainability, perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, numbers, and processes while contributing to a globally relevant purpose. You’ll be responsible for ESG and GHG data accuracy, assurance readiness, and reporting aligned with evolving standards such as ASRS, SASB, and GRI. You’ll also help deliver external assessments such as EcoVadis and collaborate closely with global finance, IT, and operations teams.

About You

You are a detail-driven and numerically minded analyst with 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or data auditing. You’re proficient in Excel, familiar with large datasets, and passionate about sustainability and data integrity.

You enjoy solving complex data challenges, and are eager to contribute to meaningful business outcomes in a growing and dynamic field. Exposure to ESG frameworks or carbon accounting is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and validate GHG-related data in collaboration with global stakeholders
- Analyse expenses and financial data to support emissions reduction initiatives
- Ensure completeness and consistency across financial and ESG datasets
- Support assurance activities and external ESG disclosures (ASRS, SASB, GRI)
- Contribute to sustainability assessments such as EcoVadis and client ESG surveys
- Track internal decarbonisation performance and assist in preparing dashboardsProvide ad hoc support on financial modelling and sustainability metrics
