To do that, we work with people to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into employment. We also work with prospective employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met. In short, our approach is to support a person in the way that most helps them transform their life, in pursuit of our belief that work’s for everyone.

Multilingual skills in **Thai, Vietnamese or Chinese** will be an advantage.

We're looking for Job Coaches, In-Work Support Consultants, and Employment Engagement Consultants to join our dedicated and passionate team in Greater Western Sydney and Sydney East Metro.

We are a determined and compassionate team who thrive together in pursuit of our belief that work’s for everyone, whilst having fun along the way.

Join us for one of our Recruitment Information Sessions where you will get the opportunity to connect with one of our Recruitment Partners and a Service Manager for an on-the-spot interview and learn more about atWork Australia.

**Qualifications** **NO PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using job search and recruitment tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
- Adaptability and empathy in client interactions
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on positive outcomes
- Knowledge of local job market and employment trends (preferred)

No previous employment services experience necessary - we value enthusiasm and the right attitude
