- Provide personalized support and guidance to job seekers, assisting them in their employment journey
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' skills, interests, and barriers to employment
- Develop tailored job search strategies and action plans for clients
- Offer ongoing support to both job seekers and employers to ensure successful placements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and outcomes
- Organize and facilitate job readiness workshops and training sessions
- Stay informed about local labor market trends and employment opportunities
- Work closely with team members to achieve organizational goals and targets
- Participate in community outreach events to promote employment services

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using job search and recruitment tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
- Adaptability and empathy in client interactions
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on positive outcomes
- Knowledge of local job market and employment trends (preferred)

No previous employment services experience necessary - we value enthusiasm and the right attitude
