**Minimum Qualifications**:

- No minimum qualifications required
- You just need to fit, strong and handy
- The higher rate of pay is for people with carpentry or project management qualifications

- Any other duties as required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
