**Basic Physician Training Program Manager**

Part Time ongoing position based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital**:

Provide high quality program and administrative management to the Director and Leadership team of the General Medicine Department and dedicated Physician Educators with the responsibility for the management, maintenance, logistics, ongoing development and improvement of Basic Physician Training Program (BPT) at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.**Your new role:
- Work with the Director of Physician Training and dedicated Physician Educators on operational and strategic relations to train and examine those undertaking the physician training
- Provide support to oversee the training requirements and logistics to ensure a smooth running and performance of the trainees in the Basic Physician Training pathway
- Coordinate BPT rosters, enhancing recruitment and conducting variation requests, management of timesheets, diary management, coordinating meetings, distribution of agendas and minutes, filing, typing and other educational duties where required
**About you**:
- You have at least five years of knowledgable experience with a collaborative working style in hospital and healthcare settings.
- You are looking to expand your interpersonal, adaptability and time management skills and work with leaders and educators of the Basic Physician Training program.
- You have effective communication skills and a passion for continued professional development.
- You are an experienced program manager with resource planning and allocation experience and are willing to work within our supportive and dedicated multidisciplinary teams
