**How will I help?**

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing all administrative support to the Managing Director (MD) of Consumer Finance.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Collating meeting papers, speaking notes, and organising summaries of reminders and actions for MD to review
- Managing a high volume of supplier invoices by working closely with key stakeholders to ensure costs are forecasted and in-line with expectations
- Supporting with event planning and coordination - Leadership Team off-sites of Line of Business (LOB) all-ins
- Assist the Consumer Finance People and Culture Council with organising staff events, particularly with the Reward and Recognition piece
- Effectively handle, escalate and follow-up on internal customer compliments, queries and concerns
- Review and approve requests for office equipment outside of the expense policy and discuss with delegated authority as required
