**How will I help?**

You’ll play an integral role providing administrative and business support to the National General Manager of SME. You’ll interact with various stakeholders within the bank and liaise with various business units. This role will give you the opportunity to fully utilise your exceptional organisational skills, along with your ability to build strong working relationships using effective communication and discretion. As an Executive Assistant at Westpac, you will ensure all administrative affairs are managed efficiently whilst offering your support and expertise to the wider team.

**What do I need?**

You’ll need a professional approach as you will manage multiple tasks that requires your confidentiality for the National GM. Your self-driven nature with the ability to manage and prioritise workload whilst supporting senior leaders will set you apart from other applicants. You will be able to quickly build meaningful rapport with internal and external stakeholders, and able to work autonomously as part of a team, liaising with all levels of the business and our customers while maintaining exceptional professionalism.
