**Who are we looking for?**

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Manager, Integration and Identity to join Digital Business Solution, Administrative Division.

The Manager, Integration & Identity role within the Digital Business Solutions (DBS) division offers a unique opportunity to lead two existing teams, Integration and Identity & Web Platforms, through the next phase of growth within QUT. This role is responsible for BAU and Project Delivery functions of integration and platform services across, and outside of the DBS division. It is responsible for maturing the people, processes and technology and embedding a flexible and repeatable model to deal with the variable demand across the stakeholder group. This role will suit a technical leader with a strong enterprise integration and identity platform background, with the ability to lead change at scale. This role will play a critical part of the culture within the reimagined broader Infrastructure & Operations team, and will help to bring the group together as a single, cohesive unit with cross-team collaboration and reinforce our unified purpose. This role will also work to refactor our solutions to remove technical debt, and move towards immutable, enabling platforms, supported by repeatable governance and processes to allow us to scale in any direction as required. **About the Administrative Division**
Administrative Division supports the governance and operations of the University, including planning and quality, facilities and services for students and staff. The Administrative Division is led by the Vice-President (Administration) and University Registrar.

**About Digital Business Solutions**
Digital Business Solutions (DBS) provides support for staff and students across a range of information and technology services. DBS uses technology to create value for our students and customers through the portfolios of Learning and Teaching, Research and Innovation, and Professional Services.

DBS embraces digital transformation as being fundamental to our service in supporting QUT’s aspirations outlined in Blueprint 6.

Digital Business Solutions is responsible for a wide range of services in delivering and supporting digital solutions for QUT. DBS comprises seven business units with dynamic knowledge and expertise that work collectively with the University’s Faculties, Institutes and Divisions to provide quality Digital Solutions and Services in support of both QUT’s Strategic Objectives and in core operations for learning and teaching, research and innovation and professional services.

You will demonstrate:
1. Education, training and/or relevant computing experience equivalent to completion of a postgraduate qualification in conjunction with proven expertise in enterprise integration and identity operations and maintenance the management and delivery and effective communication around the development and maintenance of IT Services in a complex organisational environment.
2. Significant IT leadership experience in solutions maintenance and support services and integration, identity and web platforms support services, with a demonstrated commitment to high quality client service and the ability to develop constructive and effective client relationships.
3. Management and leadership skills including project and change management skills and a proven record of building team cultures aligned to the achievement of organisational goals.
4. Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement strategies in complex, cross discipline activities.
5. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with proven influencing and negotiation experience, including the ability to establish positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation for the ensuring delivery of high quality services for QUT.
6. Exceptional technical knowledge of current trends and developments in the areas of integration, identity and web platforms support services, including knowledge of the impact of cloud services and an understanding of how these may fit strategically within the QUT IT ecosystem.
