**The Role**
They are seeking an experienced Okta Engineer to join their Enterprise Technology Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing identity and access management solutions. You will work closely with the project team to consolidate and standardize their identity management systems.

This is an opportunity to work on a significant project with global implications and contribute to the strategic goals of the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to consolidate multiple identity management systems into a unified global platform.
- Design and implement solutions to support critical business programs.
- Provide technical expertise to configure and secure identity management systems.
- Direct the team on design, implementation, and testing plans.
- Manage risks to minimize business impact.
- Contribute to the development of administration standards and knowledge base articles.
- Provide ongoing product support for implemented solutions.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in identity and access management, including administration and implementation of cloud-based identity solutions. (Okta, Adaptive Authentication, Universal Directory and Lifecycle Management)
- Experience in designing and implementing solutions across diverse environments.
- Familiarity with identity federation technologies and access control models. (SAML 2.0, XACML, WSFederation, WS-Trust ect.)
- Strong technical proficiency in SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and related standards.
