**In this Associate Director, Corporate Property** **role you will**:

- Drive and embed quality, consistency and continuous improved practices with emphasis on improving the quality of credit submissions, turnaround times and management of business risks
- Monitor and manage assigned portfolios, including operational compliance requirements
- Lead deal structuring and documentation negotiations for aligned portfolios in collaboration with Client Coverage, Credit Risk and Legal
- Deliver a desired portfolio shape to meet the medium term strategic and financial objectives of C&IB within the defined allocation of capital and funding by the Group
- Collaborate across the Enterprise to maximise the effectiveness of enterprise objectives and deliverables

**What you'll bring**
- Experience in an investment / financial industry in a related senior level role
- C&IB product knowledge and industry insight
- Understanding / experience dealing with the APRA Prudential Standards
- Experience and success in managing internal and external stakeholders
