Reporting to the Talent & Engagement Manager, the Learning & Development Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day management and continual development of Stockland’s Early Careers programs, with an 80% focus on Stockland’s Graduate Program.
The role will offer you exposure to stakeholders across all areas and levels of Stockland and the opportunity to blend your creative and organisational abilities. Some of your duties will include:

- Flexing your creative ‘muscle’ by working with an external media agency on the ongoing development of the recruitment marketing concept and materials.
- Coordination of Graduate rotations.
- Communication to a range of stakeholders (including Graduates, managers, university partners and external learning providers)
- Input to the design of Graduate learning activities.
- Honing your facilitation skills through the delivery of Graduate on-boarding sessions.
- Support the reimagination of Stockland’s Early Careers strategy by assisting with research, stakeholder engagement and program design.
- Strengthen and manage partnerships with key universities to build a proactive pipeline of Early Careers talent.
- Support Stockland’s diversity and inclusion agenda by managing internship programs with Stepping Into (for students with a disability) and Career Trackers (for indigenous students).
- Work with the People Analytics team to produce data insights about the effectiveness of Early Careers programs.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Talent & Engagement Manager and other members of the Learning & Organisational Development team.
**About You**
We are looking for a bold, curious and creative individual with a continuous improvement mindset. With a natural passion for learning and development, you will be a proactive problem solver with proven experience of coordinating projects in an organized manner.
In summary, you will have:
- Ability to confidently and credibly engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Strong written communication skills.
- A curious and flexible mindset.
- Ability to prioritise and work across a range of activities at once.
- A positive attitude toward learning and upskilling both yourself and the wider business.
- Exposure to HR and learning would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
