You’ll be:
- Leading a partnering team, experienced but keen to grow- Building strategic capability, engagement, and expertise across the function- Advocating for and driving our organisational culture, vision, values, strategies, and plans- Work in partnership with Senior Leadership Teams to co-create future ready people plans

Reporting directly into the Director, People and Culture, you’ll have a growth mindset, the ability to drive sustainable business performance through effective people partnering across performance, talent, remuneration, organisational design and change, strategic workforce planning, and leadership development.

You’ll be ready to drive team performance and make a positive impact across the organisation, capably, and courageously influence and challenge, and have a passion to work with others to get the job done, championing progressive, transformational, and contemporary practice.
