In this role, you’ll partner with key business units to deliver insights that drive performance, improve cost governance, and support strategic decision-making. You’ll play a critical role in monthly reporting, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency across merchandise, supply chain, and property.
As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Deliver insights to improve business performance across merchandise, operations, supply, and property
- Identify and lead ‘deep dive’ analysis to uncover cost-saving opportunities
- Support the monthly reporting and forecasting process, including full P&L reviews
- Rationalise costs and improve financial governance
- Communicate financial performance clearly to stakeholders
- Promote and lead by example in workplace health and safety compliance
What you will bring:
- Degree in Accounting and CPA/CA qualification
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Working knowledge of accounting standards and relevant legislation
- Experience in retail or a fast-paced commercial environment (desirable)
