UFS Dispensaries is recruiting for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.

The role of the People & Culture Business Partner is to support their managers and coordinators through effective workforce management and delivery of services to support the employee lifecycle.

**_The Role_**

The People & Culture Business Partner will collaborate with the Chief People & Culture Officer, to deliver outcomes aligned with the UFS People & Culture strategy and guiding principles.

They will advise managers, coordinators and staff on employment conditions, recruitment, people management, and policy and procedures as well as coordinating recruitment activities and collaborating with the People and Culture team to ensure all outcomes of the employee lifecycle are met.

This role will also be critical for leading change, ensuring the success of the new HR, workforce management and payroll system, and other organisational change strategies.

**_To be successful in this role you will have:_**
- Experience in a Human Resource / People & Culture capacity (2-3 years+).
- Confidence to operate as a trusted adviser to managers on a range of people issues and a willingness to develop and grow into the future.
- Sound understanding of OH&S and WorkCover, including lodging claims and supporting employees return to work.
