Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Communications Officer** to focus on responding to correspondence from the public relating the referendum.
**About the role**:
- Processing ministerial correspondence in accordance with Ministerial and Agency requirements
- Coordinating and drafting correspondence, briefs and information requests
- Quality assurance of responses to correspondence and briefs
- Monitor media and social media and provide reporting
- Other tasks as requested by the Communication and/or Project Management sections
**Ideally, you will have**:
- Professional writing skills
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders effectively
- Knowledge of Government processes and previous APS experience
- Baseline security clearance
- Degree in Communications or have a communications background
