**APS 4 Recruitment Officer**:

In this role you will enjoy working as part of a small and collaborative team and be a key player in supporting the recruitment function within the Library. The role would suit someone who is organised and has a strong attention to detail, someone who is passionate about delivering timely, efficient, and best practice recruitment services.

The role is a great opportunity for you to build on your HR practitioners’ competence and knowledge, learning from experienced and knowledgeable team members in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Recruitment processing and administration, including advertising positions using eRecruit, APSJobs and Universal McCann.
- Assisting in managing internal mailboxes, providing support and recruitment advice to business areas.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships.
- General administrative assistance across the HR section.
