About the Role
- 18 month fixed term opportunity
- open to part time - 4 days

- Melbourne based - hybrid work arrangement - (3 office days, 2 WFH)

We are seeking an individual who is naturally driven and passionate about helping our customers who need a little extra support. This role allows you to work with a variety of stakeholders across the business and ensure project initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

In this role as Project Coordinator, you will be working with relevant cross functional teams to coordinate the delivery of initiatives covered by AGL’s recently announced ‘Customer Support Package’.

What you’ll be doing: (Main key responsibilities)
- Project coordination of various initiatives, which are focused on supporting customers experiencing vulnerability.
- Assessing proposed initiatives against the program objectives, which are primary focused on delivering value and support to AGL’s customers.
- Ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
- Holding regular stakeholder meetings and forums to provide updates.
- Working with relevant internal & external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.
- Ensure the delivery of relevant initiatives are aligned to AGL’s commitments in the Reconciliation Action Plan.
- Overseeing the financial budgeting and reporting associated with the Affordability Package.

About You

What you’ll bring to the table:

- Experience in Project Management, Finance or related business discipline, or extensive experience in the energy (or related) industry.
- Previous experience or understanding of the credit, payments, or hardship operational environments.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, experience in dealing with community based, NFP and government departments would be preferred.
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
