**About the Role**

If you’re energised by the thrill of a title fight or find yourself breaking down the strategy behind the perfect takedown, this could be the role for you. We’re on the lookout for a Combat Sports Trader to join the team behind one of Sportsbet’s most exciting and fast-evolving portfolios.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Trade Major Events**:Help manage live and pre-match markets across boxing and MMA, using data and sharp thinking to keep our pricing accurate, competitive and engaging.
- **Drive Product Innovation**:Contribute to the growth of our combat sports product by working with our Team Lead and global stakeholders on strategies, tools, and models.
- **Manage Risk in Real Time**:Collaborate with risk partners to manage liability positions, keeping things efficient and sustainable.
- **Work Across Time Zones**:Be part of a global, always-on team. Share knowledge and insights with peers in Melbourne, Dublin and beyond.
- **Focus on Impact**:Deliver against key KPIs, track performance, and help improve the way we trade and operate every day.

**Who we’re looking for**

You don’t need betting experience, but you do need a curious mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a passion for learning. Whether you’re a combat sports enthusiast, data lover, or both, we want to hear from you.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have a genuine interest in combat sports (like MMA or boxing) or want to learn more about the space
- Enjoy fast-paced environments where smart decisions make a big impact
- Are analytical and detail-oriented, with a natural drive to improve
- Have experience with trading systems or data tools (or a strong desire to learn)
- Are a clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
