THE ROLE: 

This role is part of Genius' integrity team, using tech and insights to help hundreds of leagues ensure fair, transparent competition.

Genius Sports is seeking a Sports Integrity Manager to join our international team of experts dedicated to protecting sports from betting-related corruption. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining key sports partnerships and delivering critical materials for the assessment of betting-related corruption.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Suspicious Betting Analysis and Reporting

• Investigate odds movements and other betting patterns using our proprietary data, monitoring systems, and other external sources.
• Build up and maintain a high level of knowledge on tennis events/competitors worldwide.
• Produce professional-level reports explaining the betting markets clearly and concisely for non-betting experts.
• Work with our development team to continually review and improve the internal software and reporting solutions.
• Continually assess and review the relevant betting markets.

Investigation and Intelligence Support

• Provide year-round investigative and intelligence support for Genius Sports' 150+ integrity partners, with a particular focus on the territories covered by 'APAC'. 
• Conduct risk assessments on tournaments/events and provide necessary support for all probity/due diligence work. 
• Collect, process, and act on intelligence for targeted match-fixing investigations.
• Perform ad hoc services, including social media analysis and due diligence for significant appointments.

Customer Success 

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of key sports partners. 
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives, compliance, and operations teams.
• Oversee the successful activation and implementation of partner contracts, ensuring all deliverables are executed to a high standard.
• Attend regular (once or twice per month) client meetings, both virtually and in-person, where required. 
• Represent the company and proactively engage with partners at key industry and partner events.
• Provide on-site support at sporting events where required.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Excellent written English – Capable of writing to a high professional standard.
• Customer-facing experience – 1–2 years of working directly with clients or stakeholders.
• Clear communicator – Confident and effective in both written and verbal communication.
• Presentation skills – Able to deliver engaging and professional presentations.
• Sports knowledge – In-depth understanding of tennis, along with other sports.
• Betting expertise – Solid understanding of the betting industry and how bookmakers trade their markets.
• Analytical and mathematical strength – Strong numerical ability with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Prioritization and flexibility – Skilled at organizing workload, staying proactive, and adapting in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail – A sharp eye for accuracy and commitment to producing high-quality work.
