**The Opportunity**

This excellent opportunity is available for a **Warehouse Store Operator **at our Parkville site. This permanent full-time position, reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, will see you working in a busy, schedule-driven environment as part of a flexible team in a GMP, safety and compliance focused arena. You will generally work a 10-day fortnight with even work day allocations - some overtime and weekend work may be required occasionally.

**The Role**

In this role you will work to achieve the daily operational requirements of the Store to meet internal and external customer requirements. You will have a safety and compliance mind-set and adhere to site and global procedures to deliver to patients around the world. Key responsibilities will include:

- Maintain excellence in safety through accountability and assist with simplifying processes
- Foster a customer focused, goal-oriented culture within the Warehouse Store
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt and dispatch of goods using our ERP system and RF scanners
- Assembly of goods for dispatch to production work-centres and laboratories
- Delivery of goods to other internal operating sites at Parkville, Broadmeadows and Woodend
- Replenish stocks, complete regular cycle counts and process reports
- Ensure correct storage and handling for dangerous and hazardous goods
- Safely operate tools and equipment; check capacity; test and isolate faults
- Ensure your activities are undertaken in a GMP, quality and safety compliant manner.

**Your skills and experience**
- Demonstrated distribution and warehousing experience in manufacturing, preferably within pharmaceutical environment, including picking, receiving and dispatching
- Experience using ERP warehousing operations systems
- Knowledge of cGMP, GDP and GWP in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Knowledge of hazardous and dangerous goods material management
- Current Forklift LF and LO License with at least 12 months full time driving experience
- Current clean driver’s license
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to follow procedures and work independently
- Strong communication skills and supportive team contributor
