The Melbourne Zoo is beautiful venue in a fun outdoor environment setting with a wide range of exotic flora and fauna. We are a great team with a strong commitment to the environment and wildlife.

Due to an uplift in our operation, we currently have several casual opportunities for experienced **_Food and Beverage Attendants for our Ben & Jerrys Ice cream Kiosks. _**

**The Role**
- To assist in the daily operations of the **_Ben & Jerry’s_** Pop-Up Kiosks.
- To work as a member of the team performing a variety of duties including scooping ice cream, handling cash, cleaning and maintaining excellent customer service.
- Participate in the orientation and training of newer staff and in general store operations.
- Ensure the accuracy of daily cash transactions with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with friendly, timely service and proper product handling.
- Ensure proper product portioning, tracking all lost product, and recording all product used on the daily ice cream inventory form.
