Claims Advisor - Personal Injury - Permanent Position - Perth Metro

There is an opportunity to join the team as a Claims Advisor, in this role you will provide superior customer service whilst maintaining a commercial focus. You will be responsible for the proactive management of a portfolio of complex Personal injury claims.

**Your new role**

Working as a Claims Advisor, you will be;
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely response.
- Ongoing review and management of Claims in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines
- Ensuring injured claimants can achieve optimal recovery from their injuries by gaining early access to appropriate rehabilitation.
- Adopt appropriate strategies to resolve claims cost effectively

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience Managing a portfolio of Insurance claims - CTP or personal injury claims experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- A critical thinking mindset and an ability to problem-solve in real time
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with all stakeholders
