**About the role**
- 1 x permanent, full-time position offered under our current enterprise agreement.

Terminal Operators at our port-side grain terminals are critical to ensuring that we deliver an efficient and safe service in exporting and importing grains and other commodities. This includes wheat, barley, sorghum, pulses, woodchips, cement, sand and other products.

The core activities of a terminal operator include rail and road receival, shipping, road outloading, plant hygiene, container packing, bunker storage operations and grain assessing, among others. As a member of a multi skilled work environment you will be expected to take on other activities within the plant in accordance with training and experience.

Benefits at a glance:

- Gross annual earning capacity upwards of $75,000 (factoring in a conservative view of additional hours, allowances, shift loading, bonus etc.) | dependent on grade under our agreement
- Shift loading of 15, 17.5 or 30% - morning, afternoon and overnight respectively
- Multiple task and time-based allowances | learn more and earn more
- Annual bonus potential based on site commodity throughput (prorated) (avg. $7.5k / annum based on previous years).

**About your experience**
We’re seeking individuals with experience in plant operations in any industry or the ability / willingness to do this type of work. Additionally:

- Flexibility to work nights / weekends when the terminal operates 24/7
- Good communication, teamwork and customer service skills
- Capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Bonus: Loader, forklift or skid-steer experience
