Queensland Bulk Handling (QBH) is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintainer/Operator to join our team and fill the role of shift Electrician at our port operations.
**About Us**
Queensland Bulk Handling (QBH) is Brisbane’s leading bulk handling facility, wholly owned by New Hope Group. Commissioned in 1983, the facility has a reputation as a bulk handling export terminal with an excellent safety record.
Based at our Port of Brisbane operations and reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will join a small, high performing team, and be required to attend breakdowns, carry out PM work and operate machinery.
**About you**
- Experienced at conducting diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs.
- Mechanical (Trade Qualified) maintenance experience within heavy industry
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Experience with conveyors, stackers and ship loaders would be highly regarded but not essential
