**About the role**:
As the National Wellbeing Advisor you will be a trusted specialist providing support and wellbeing advice to the National Wellbeing Manager and Head of Corporate Safety to execute the Coles Group Safety and Wellbeing Plan.
You will be responsible for the rollout of wellbeing programs and projects and provide ongoing updates to all key stakeholders. Complete all administrative requirements for wellbeing programs including budget management, reporting, and project plan development.
Drive safety and wellbeing improvement across the Coles Group by reviewing and analysing data to provide insight and actions. Partner and support safety leadership teams to deliver and embed these outcomes.
You’ll also:
- Support the development and implementation of Safety Wellbeing Plans, KPIs and targets to reduce injuries, incidents and cost of workers compensation claims within the Coles Group and improved Engagement Scores.
- Support the execution of the wellbeing plan to ensure the Coles Group business reputation is protected and has a positive wellbeing culture.
- Identify your key stakeholders, their strategic plans/projects so you can work together on how safety can support their deliverables
- Support the development and maintenance of the Coles Group Wellbeing Risk Profile and implement programs to manage these risks
- Ensure regular reporting providing clear insight and drives practical action to continuously improve wellbeing performance.
**About you and your skills**:
- Sound knowledge, skill and experience in Allied Health and/or Occupational Health and Safety
- Demonstrated ability in motivating multiple cross-functional teams and forums to adopt wellbeing as a core value.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic business
- Proven coaching skills of business teams and leaders with the capability to drive behavioural change.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage projects from inception to roll out including, research, planning, trial and roll out and ability to provide ongoing project updates to key stakeholders for the duration of projects.
- Degree/post graduate qualification in health and safety or related discipline and/or at least 2+ years of experience in wellbeing and providing practical guidance and support to the businesses on implementation.
- Registered Allied Health Professional (or eligible to be registered with)
