**About the team**:

**About the role**:
The Employee Relations Advisors are responsible for minimising risk to the business by providing a full range of workplace and industrial relations advice, assistance and advocacy to support the strategic direction of the entire Coles Group business. This will involve assisting the business with the interpretation of our enterprise agreements, employment contracts and the Fair Work Act. The Advisor will also have a strong focus on supporting compliance activities across the business.
You’ll also:
- Ensure new business initiatives and projects are aligned with compliance expectations;
- Provide advice on working arrangements for team members covered by varied industrial instruments;
- Undertake ongoing monitoring of compliance initiatives;
- Provide specialist advice, support and guidance to business stakeholders (including P&C and operations as required) on collective workplace/employee relations matters, including on points of legal / industrial interpretation;
- Coach stakeholders on compliance requirements, including education on company policies, industrial instruments, state and federal legislation; and
- Support the delivery of special projects, through effectively delivering allocated Employee Relations activities / initiatives.
**About you and your skills**:
- Experience working across broad HR/ER case management work
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Experience with Awards/Agreements, workplace relations matters, enterprise bargaining processes, dispute resolution and employment legislation
- Experience delivering outcomes with a strong customer focus that navigate compliance risks and provide informed / considered recommendations
- Experience in providing accurate and timely advice in a fast-paced environment to minimise risk
- High attention to detail
- Legal and/or IR qualification desirable, but not required
