**AYAN InfoTech** is looking for **Business Capability Lead **to join an exciting project based in **Melbourne & Sydney**. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.

**Role**: Business Capability Lead
**Location**: Melbourne & Sydney
**Contract Duration**:6 to 12 Months with high possible extensions
**Experience**: 5+ Years

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong Telecom OSS Service Fulfilment experience, Telecom industry experience 10+ years with total 5+ years in OSS Service Fulfilment and Assurance - must have
- Must have knowledge in Nokia FlowOne Service Order Management if not then other vendor COTS minimum 1 (like Netcracker, Amdocs, Oracle, Ericsson) 2 is added advantage
- Must have Knowledge of Fixed line network services topology (FTTH, FTTP, FTTN, FTTB)
- Should have very good understanding of Telecom Fixed Line Business Processes.
- Should have very good knowledge of eTOM. Certification of eTOM level 2 or higher is added advantage
- Should be able to understand Telecom Fixed Line Service Fulfilment process and should be able to define To-Be Processes
- Solution Architect is responsible for delivering business value to customers by architecting effective information systems solutions that address the customer's business problems, needs and opportunities, in a manner consistent with company's strategic and business goals
- Define/propose/implement complex IT architectures and technical solutions suitable for different customer scenarios and needs
- Ability to work autonomously in the area of responsibility, under minimum supervision, with clear focus on achieving results
- Contribute to knowledge exchange: document and share within the team acquired knowledge around new solutions, project experiences, PoCs, etc.
- Very Good understanding of Telco standards - TMF APIs
- Hands on experience on Service order entry, decomposition, workflow tracking and fallout resolution.
- Knowledge of telecom products in B2C/B2B domains in fixed-line technologies
- Hands on experience in Networks Planning/design and Networks Service Design
- Experience implementing Network automation / Network Function Virtual Orchestration design
- Have exposure to architecting frameworks like TOGAF, NGOSS
- Experience on FlowOne catalog driven service fulfillment and FlowOne for service fulfillment and orchestration
- Should be able to understand Devices models in network, Plan & Build, understanding the need and use of Service Catalog and creation of different Service Catalog
- Knowledge in Network Capacity planning and Network rollout management will be added advantage
