We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated client service officer to provide high quality operational support to our service team.

Responsibilities include:

- Quote reports
- Assisting the Client Service Managers with key accounts;
- Service administration support
- Liaising with underwriters and clients;
- Attending client visits with Client Service Managers;
- Update service notes and prepare service guides;
- Correspondence;
- Renew policies;
- General administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and able to prioritise and meet deadlines;
- Professional presentation and a high degree of customer service skills
