About the company:

- We’re partnering with a well-established, high-performing brokerage that’s known for its strong client relationships based in Tullamarine Melbourne. They’re now looking for a passionate **Account Executive**to join their team and take ownership of a quality client portfolio.

**About the Role**:**
- As an Account Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients, delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to strengthen coverage and grow accounts. You’ll play a key role in renewals, policy maintenance, and daily client support, working alongside a collaborative and experienced broking team.

**Key Responsibilities**:**
- Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial freight and marine insurance
- Handle renewals, policy endorsements, and mid-term adjustments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Assist in placing new business and presenting tailored insurance solutions

**What We’re Looking For**:**
- Experience as an assistant account executive or an account executive position
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
- Tier 1 qualification is essential
