Our Client, is currently seeking
**immediately available Mandarin Speakers** for an ongoing
**full time temporary position in Sydney CBD.** You will assist with various campaigns in a client service environment, representing a Global Firm.

**To be considered you must be**:

- **Immediately available**: Start date - Wednesday 29th March
- **Working hours**:10am - 6pm or 11.00am - 7.00pm
- **Hourly rate**: $38 per hour + Super
- **Fluent in**:Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
- Multiple roles available, which are likely to extend or convert - based on volumes and organic growth

**Duties will include**:

- Contacting clients and advisors via phone regarding policy changes with current terms
- Provide updates in a confident and professional manner
- Liaising internally with advisors, keeping them up to date as the project/campaign develops
- Keeping scripts updated and generate supporting documentation
- Effective daily management of escalations

**Experience required**:

- Have previous **Client Service experience within financial services, banking or investments**:

- Confident phone manner and happy to engage with senior stakeholders
