**About the role**:
As a Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be part of a wonderful team of dedicated staff who make the lives of our older residents happy and fun, providing activities that are engaging and inclusive. This is definitely a role where the results of your work are evident on the faces of the residents and their willingness to participate. You will be supported by a strong clinical Manager who sets their staff up for success. You will have opportunities to further develop your skills and have on going training and development.

You will either have experience leading a team in a similar role, or experience working as a Leisure & Lifestyle Facilitator and be ready for that next step in your career.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven background in planning, conducting, and evaluating activity programs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of people including staff, management, and residents in a professional and friendly manner
- Dedication to working within the Residential Aged Care sector to improve and enhance the lives of residents
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and to manage your own workload
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Certificate (current within six months)
- Queensland Drivers Licence
- Full Covid vaccination evidence
