**About the role**

The Lifestyle Assistant is responsible for assisting with recreational and leisure activities across our four seniors living communities on the Gold Coast.

In this highly varied role you will:

- Transport residents to and from activities;
- Assist with development and delivery of leisure and recreational activities;
- Support residents to participate in activities; attend to the personal care needs as required;
- Assist with the regular review and improvement of activities;
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities including evaluation of individual resident programs and plans.

**This role will operate across four of our Aged Care Services on the Gold Coast.**

**About you**

You are a dynamic and motivated individual who thrives on innovation when it comes to enriching the lives of the elderly. Whether it be a concert or a day out on the bus, your main goals are to motivate, inspire and involve the residents. You will have excellent customer service skills with a fun-loving nature along with compassion and understanding of individual needs.

In order to be successful in this role your knowledge, skills and qualifications should include:

- Relevant experience in aged care setting or similar environment providing leisure and health services;
- Physically fit to manual handle equipment such as wheelchairs;
- A current Light Rigid Licence;
- Possess, or have the ability to acquire, a National Police Certificate and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.

**Who we are**
