**Description**:
Public sector specialists Osborne Richardson, partnering with or Local Government clients are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Stakeholder Relations & Communications Advisor on an initial 6-month contract set to start immediately.
About the Role:
This pivotal role involves providing strategic advice, crafting effective communications plans, and overseeing community stakeholder relations activities to support the successful delivery of significant capital projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for both proactive and reactive community engagement inquiries.
- Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder relations and communications plans.
- Manage the execution of communication strategies across various mediums and audiences.
- Oversee the development and implementation of project-related publications.
- Serve as the primary point of stakeholder and engagement contact for construction projects.

Skills Required:

- Proficient understanding of effective community engagement techniques.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful stakeholder relations and communications plans.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to diverse mediums and audiences.
- Strong project management skills for overseeing the development and implementation of communications plans and publications.
- Previous experience as the main point of stakeholder and engagement contact for construction projects.
